ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders received prior to 12:00 PM EST (noon) will be processed that same day for shipping, regardless of your choice of the type of shipping (ground, next day, 2nd day, etc.). We make every effort to ship all orders as fast as possible but cannot guarantee orders will go out the same day if received after that time.

FRAUD PROTECTION

We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed to not meet our fraud policies. This includes but not limited to: address verification (AVS),  card security code (CVV), and non-matching billing to and ship to addresses.

If the billing and shipping address do not match, you will receive an e-mail requesting confirmation of shipping address if these are within the same local area. We must be received a reply prior to shipping your order. Orders for shipping to a state different from that of the billing address will be cancelled.

Enchanted Pedicure Spa understands that returning products is a part of doing business on the internet. Below please read carefully our process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.

To return items purchased from Enchanted Pedicure Spa,  follow the instructions below. Exception: To return items that were delivered by freight please call 1-877-733-4772.

Enchanted Pedicure Spa is not responsible for color variations in: gel polish, lacquer, dipping powder or matching sets as well as differences from your computer to the actual which are all out of our control.

SHIPPING: Product damage and shortages must be reported to Princess with 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Damages must be noted on the Delivery Receipt and with the driver prior to signing for acceptance of goods. NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED. 

RETURN POLICY: We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection. Customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges. Custom orders, gels, lacquer, liquids, powders, closeouts, furniture, spas and time dated items may not be returned.

DISCLAIMER: Princess Pedicure Spas, Inc. is not responsible for changes of manufacturing components, specifications or color which may differ from literature, web sites or other promotional items.

WARRANTY: All warranties are from the manufacturer and not from Enchanted Pedicure Spa (dba: Shining Pearl LLC) Shipping costs are not covered and you are responsible for all shipping charges.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

• Items must within 30 days of shipment
• All items must be in the original packaging, and in good condition.
• Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Some items are not able to be returned including:

PPE products are not subject to our return policy and may not be returned. This includes: face masks, face shields, gloves, table shields and sanitizers.

Clearance items or discontinued items

• Items with broken product seals
• Items that are subject to Manufacture's Return Policy or Warranty
• Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
• Custom order or drop ship special order items which include all pedicure spas and furniture
• Nail polish, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits or used acrylic and liquid.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS: For the purposes of this policy, the term "Defective" refers to out-of-box defects only. Any other defects, flaws or product failure would fall under Warranty (see above).

Damaged in Shipping (see Shipping)

Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours if you received a product(s) other than the item(s) you ordered.  Please contact our customer service department via email at: sales@enchantedpedicurespa.com

EXCHANGES: Enchanted Pedicure Spa will accept exchanges to items purchased here within. Please send the item back to the address listed below.

Upon inspection, we will issue a credit towards a purchase of your next item. Customer is subject to any associated shipping charges.

RESTOCKING FEE: A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories. The restocking fee charges are:

• We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection. Customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges.
• 30% for Special Order Products, including salon furniture, pedicure chairs & other heavy equipment. We suggest you finalized on equipment before making your purchase. Large equipment requires special packing prior to being shipped. If you do not have the necessary supplies or equipment to pack and ship these items back in a safe condition then you may that this into consideration before you purchase.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & BUNDLES: Enchanted Pedicure Spa occasionally offers promotional items, free goods or discounts with a purchase a single item or product bundle of multiple items purchased together.

• When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if you purchase a Cuccio Match Makers set and get 50% off a second set, the total value of the second set would be subtracted from the refund.
• When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. This occasionally results in additional funds being owed to Enchanted Pedicure Spa. For instance, if you receive $90. in savings when you purchase an LED lamp and 6 gel polish together and you return either item, the $90. amount will be subtracted from your refund.

TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA: Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless phone data) from any returned products. Enchanted Pedicure Spa is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a returned product. Call us at 877-733-4772 if you have any questions about removing information from your device.
